|仕事内容||-The Business Leader, Corporate Payment Solution Product Development is responsible for identifying, developing and delivering commercial client and issuer-centric product solutions to the markets that are aligned with global and regional priorities.
-The scope of responsibilities includes the development and management of programs within the commercial product segment that will deliver differentiation in the marketplace for the company and its customers inclusive of their Business, Corporate and Government clients.
-The position will require product and business development skills reporting to the Commercial Product lead in Asia Pacific Middle East Asia.
-Drive commercial products strategy in Japan by developing a deep understanding of the segment through benchmarking, competitive analyses, and research; recommending best practices; and generating profitability analyses and business cases.
-Execute the Commercial Product strategy objectives according to project pipeline for Japan in support of product development for Corporate, Small Business and Government Clients.
- Develop card program, pricing, and non-card product strategies and roadmaps for continued growth in the segment.
-Provide thought leadership on innovative programs, functionalities, and strategies that the company can implement with issuers.
- Assist the sales team in a business development role in closing deals with Issuing banks and their corporate clients by communicating the product value proposition, analyzing the financial business case advantages and establishing the implementation plan.
-Develop business requirements with Issuers, Corporate clients and 3rd party processors. This would also require the management of the 3rd party vendors according to the contracted agreement as per negotiated agreements.
- Coordinate with Product Sales the product implementation and launch, and project management for the following programs:

Central Travel Account Solutions
- Monitor and evaluate product performance and profit and loss per product
-Manage cross-functional relationships with Product Sales and Delivery Teams, Marketing, GTO and across the firm to ensure successful development, rollout, management and growth of product/feature/functionality.
|必要スキル|| Knowledge of Commercial products and/or Corporate/Commercial Banking
Working experience in the field at least 10+ years
Extensive knowledge of product management principles and product development lifecycle
Proven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines (i.e., Sales, Product, operations) in an unstructured environment with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Strong operational/technical background within the payments and financial services industries
Business acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and the company
Strong negotiation skills
Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends
Self motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment strong presentation, written communication, and influencing skills
Fluency in Japanese and English and communicative skills.
Bachelor’s degree with Finance or Marketing focus required, MBA desirable.
