仕事内容
1) Support outbound revenue growth by capturing international Japanese subsidiaries across Asia Pacific sites.
2) Materialize cross-border referrals for Asia Pacific sites and remain engaged with sites’ RM teams for quick conversion of deals and also deliver its performance target.
3) Work with RM in Asia Pacific sites in shaping up cross border deals pipeline and site specific penetration strategy.
4) Conduct business with local parents where this is a strategic necessity to win outbound/offshore business.
5) Process annual review for local parents of the outbound/offshore clients.

必要スキル
≪Must≫
- 5+ years of proven senior commercial banking experience or equivalent.
- Experience in Japan Market to be given priority
- Minimum of a bachelor degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong and current understanding of the Group’s competitor capabilities, as well as threats and opportunities presenting themselves in the current challenging economic situation.
- Excellent command over Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong relationship management, communications, managerial, strategic planning, organizational,
a self-starter, a team player,logical/flexible thinking practice and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to direct changes and work in a global environment.
