・ Assistance to Finance in identification, understanding and resolution of technical accounting queries under US GAAP and JGAAP

・Liaison with external auditors for resolution of technical accounting issues

・Supporting relevant functions when required in explaining the accounting implications of proposed transactions where the accounting implications are complex, material or uncharted.  

・Assessing structures and other products/ transactions from a technical accounting perspective (JGAAP＆USGAAP) and communicating their impact to relevant functions.

・Assistance to Investment division in structuring transactions in accordance with US GAAP and JGAAP.

・Development and delivery of technical US GAAP/JGAAP training to Finance and other audiences.

・Provide assistance in preparation of JGAAP financial.

・Distribution of US GAAP& JGAAP technical updates to Finance and other relevant functions.

【Experience】
More than 5 years experience in Financial institution (including audit firm)

【Skills】
Advanced knowledge of JGAAP and USGAAP
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excell and Access) is a must
Excellent analytical and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

【Qualifications】
CPA(Japan CPA is prefferd)

【Language】
Native Japanese or equivalent
Business level English is a must

Self starter, Team player, Good communication skill, Ability to deliver on tight deadline, Sense of responsibility, urgency, and commitment
