仕事内容
Given the focus on SME products within Japan Acceleration Initiatives, this role will require a senior product manager to drive the development of Company’s position in the SME corporate/business cards market in Japan.
The Product Manager is required to manage multiple commercial card portfolios across all commercial issuers as well as exploration of new prospect issuers aggressively. The role requires a strong client facing individual to work with issuers in supporting product development, portfolio management, research and marketing.
More specifically,
1)Establish, drive and execute all SME related products strategies and provide leadership to maintain dominance in market share against competitors.
2)Develop client-oriented marketing and sales strategies/goals by establishing close relationship with existing clients, potential clients and regulators, to ensure integrity/marketability of Company’s SME Products (Business Credit, Business Debit, Business Premium and Business Co-brand), to capture clients’ needs for delivering overall products services and implementations (including technical).
3)Drive all SME related Business Development, manage sales activities and oversee projects and consulting work
4)Manage, refine and develop and promote regional and Japanese platforms for SME Business segment including so as to drive more usages, and to enhance Company’s competitiveness against other brands.
5)Act as a content advisor and support the country management. Be the liaison between the market and regional/global internal functions to introduce best practices.
6)Manage SME Products P&L including any Acceleration plan P&L. Participate in industry forums and influence decision making bodies to favorable outcome for Company’s SME products

<Professional>
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent in business management
Minimum 10 years of experience with approximately 5 years of payment/financial industry experience,
preferably,
issuing business at card companies / banks
Multi-level stakeholder management
