＜SUMMARY＞
This position will report to Director of Client Accounting Service (CAS) team and review the work that are performed by Accountants as well as prepare Property Management report on a monthly basis

＜Job Description＞
1)Responsible for reviewing and reporting the property related accounting and PM report as well as closing books for each property
2)Correspondence with external Asset Managers as well as internal Property managers
3)Need to work very closely with staffs
4)Provide accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and JP GAAP
5)Ensure placement of effective internal controls and compliance
6)Provide and present financial analysis (regular & Ad-hoc basis) to clients and co-work with internal Property Managers for property budgeting
7)Respond to ad-hoc queries from senior management in timely manner

1) Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
2) Work under pressure with tight deadline
3) Experience at Real Estate/Financial industry with Property and/or SPC Accounting with reporting is a must
4) Must be very hands-on person
5) Native Japanese with Business level English
6) Good communication skill and team work oriented
7) US-CPA, J-CPA or Licensed Tax accountant is preferred
