仕事内容
This position will report to Japan Finance Controller and manages the team of 4 to 6 people including temps, contractors, and outsourcer.
1. Job Description:
1) Manage all Accounting work including monthly, quarter and year end close
2) Supervision and review of work performed by junior accountants
3) Provide accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and JPGAAP
4) Need to manage documentation requirements as required by SOX
5) Work with asset service and other business departments to provide financial / accounting supports for outside clients
6) Lead and work with other functions to improve systems and associated processes
7) Carry out ad hoc projects / multi tasks as required

2. Qualifications:
1) BA in Finance and/or Accounting
2) US-CPA, J-CPA or Licensed Tax is preferred
3) Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 2 years of management experience
4) Work under pressure with tight deadline
5) ERP implementation experience is a plus
6) Advanced excel modeling skills is a plus
7) Must be very hands-on and proactive person
8) Ability to think logically and perform with an entrepreneurial mind
9) Strong management skills to drive change, motivate and influence the team
10) Native Japanese with Business level English is a must
11) Preferably worked at Real Estate industry
12) Work experience in multi-national company or Japanese company which extends their business globally
