仕事内容
●Research and critically analyze companies’ & industry’s financial data and market information
●Build and maintain earnings models and forecast target prices throughout the year
●Write draft and segments for research reports as part of a regional and global sector team
●Take and respond to request from clients, sales and other divisions as needed
●Act as lead team person for the publication process and key liaison with our research publishing group
●Other research related tasks

必要スキル
●Demonstrated commitment and interest in investment research through relevant and successful work experience
●Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities
●Good accounting and valuation knowledge and abilities
●Strong technical skills with Excel and use of external databases
●Very strong command of English language; comfortable speaking with counterparts in Asia and with native level English speakers
●Native level Japanese reading, writing, and speaking ability
●Entrepreneurial spirit, creative mind, and strong team player skills
●Strong curiosity / interest in investment research
●Commercial mindset: ability to commercialize on investment ideas
●Desire & motivation for a career in Equity Research
