<SUMMARY>
The successful candidate will be responsible for the new business program implementation and launch project for issuing banks by coordinating efforts by various internal and external resources. Facilitates project meetings, manages project plan, issues list, status reports, post-project turnover for ongoing daily support. The person will also be responsible for designing and proposing sales tools for the client.

Suitable bachelor’s degree or equivalent
At least 7+ years of experience in one or more card program launch projects, product sales and promotions, operations, project management, product management
Experience in payment systems
Must be detail oriented and organized
Demonstrates time management skills
Fluent in both English and Japanese languages, spoken and written

Strong knowledge in card processing and card marketing
Product launch experience
Proven ability to execute independently and operate successfully within a matrix/team environment
Proven track record of successful plan execution in a fast-paced high stress environment
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint Excel, Project)
Database experience preferred
Data analysis skills
