●リレーションシップマネジメント
・法人営業（新規開拓及び既存顧客強化）
・上記法人向けサービスのリレーションシップ・マネージャーとして、主に国内外の日系ビジネス拡大を担当
・世界中の当グループ拠点との連携

●通常の融資業務に加え、銀行の得意とするエリアのプロダクトセールス　（プロジェクトファイナンスや貿易金融等のストラクチャードファイナンス、トレードファイナンス、キャッシュマネジメントサービス、デリバティブ、アドバイザリー等）

●取引先の与信管理、コンプライアンス遵守

As the Bank’s primary point of contact for customers in the industrial and diversified industry sector, to drive and direct customer service team on a global base with particular focus on the formulation and implementation of the strategic marketing plans so as to deliver solutions, and maximize revenues and Risk Adjusted Relationship Return from the portfolio of clients, while providing the highest standard of service, maintaining credit quality, and complying with both internal and external regulatory requirements.

●経験
≪必須≫
●More than 5 years’ solid experience in Corporate or Investment Banking in majour international financial institutions including Japanese banks.
●More than 3 years’ solid experience as RM for multinational large corporate.
≪尚可≫
●Overseas working experience in Corporate or Investment Banking business.
●Good experience in project and export finance, structured finance, and /or trade finance.
●Working experience as RM for general trading companies

●スキル
≪必須≫
●Excellent communication skills both in Japanese and English. （ビジネスでの英語使用経験必須）
●Excellent inter-personal skills including negotiation skills, influencing skills, and leadership.
●Solid knowledge in financial products such as Project and Export Finance, Trade and Supply Chain, advisory, derivatives, and so on, financial market, financial analysis, and industries.

●Good knowledge in legal, accounting, and tax issues.
●Solid knowledge in some specific products and/ or markets.
