仕事内容
●Support AM team by reporting on 20+ logistics properties at hands-on level
●Communication with tenant by visiting on-site once a month and establish good relationship with tenant
●Manage and monitor tenant who work as PM or Sub-PM on-site
● Review building management work and reports done by tenant
● Instruction given by AM team, report to AM, Local Logistics Head on daily basis and Head office
● Prepares monthly PM reports (English/Japanese)
● Planning and execution of repair/ renovation and building maintenance based on budget program for
appointed properties
● Construction management and arrangement for repair and CAPEX work, communicating with vendors
● Rush to on-site property when emergency incident occurs and reports to AM

必要スキル
<Qualifications and Education Requirements>
●5 years or more of working experiences as Property Manager (Non-manager level for 3 years)
● Knowledge of tenant management, building maintenance and construction work is must
● Knowledge of real estate industry, logistics market is plus
● Good understanding of English basic Business English Level - Writing, Listening (speaking is plus)
● Good communication skills
●Prefers with Takken license
<Preferred Skills>
●Reporting skills, attention to details, deadline-oriented,reporting research results, confidentiality, time management, group-oriented, self-motivated-driven
●Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
●University/college graduate with degree
●Control and maintain good health conditions
