仕事内容
●The Relationship Manager is responsible for client relations with survey clients in the Machinery, Chemical and wholesale industries in Japan. The position is responsible for managing revenue generated from clients who belong to those allocated industries. The position also has responsibilities relating to client support as well as consulting and marketing activities including the essential requirements outlined below.
●Generate client revenue from assigned industries for IS products / consulting plus Talent-cons consulting and other Talent Business related areas in the market.
●Strengthen relationships with existing clients and help build new client relationships acting as a representative of the Talent Business and *** as a whole in the market.
●Undertake a variety of marketing activities in order to enhance the *** and Talent Business brand relating to IS products and services.
●Develop and maintain a breadth of knowledge and intellectual capital across the allocated industries and the range of Talent Business products and services in order to sustain contemporary thinking/approaches to handling clients’ HR consulting requirements
●Additional duties as reasonably required in support of broader projects within the Talent Business in Japan.

必要スキル
●Education (degree / diploma)
Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in, Human resources, Applied psychology, HR or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Statistics discipline etc. A Master degree holder would be highly valued.
●Experience
Deep experience gained within a Sales and Marketing or Relationship Management role within a national corporate or multination company.
●Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Strong sales and marketing capabilities
High commercial awareness and content knowledge in one or more of Machinery, Chemical and wholesale industries
Solid business development and client relationship / communication expertise
Excellent organizational, project management and IT skills, particularly MS Office suite
Proven ability to work proactively as an individual and as a successful member of a broader team
●Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training)
English TOEIC more than 800 or Business level English communication skill
