GM Sales Support team support wide range of Global Market sales activities. Our customer base is beyond the border and also booking entity is across the globe. We cover various kinds of fixed income products, i.e. domestic bonds, foreign bonds, IRS, CDS etc. The team currently consists of 13 members. The position reports to the team head (VP level).

Responsibilities:
-Confirm the sales trade booking correctly and ensure data feed to the downstream systems
-Make allocation and send confirmation to the client in a timely manner
-Set up the client trading account and SSI
-Check the settlement / fail monitoring and follow ups
-Visit the clients to keep good relationship and know their requirements
-Participate global and local IT projects as a Operations representative to ensure Japan Sales and clients requirements are raised and implemented
-Create various reports such as monthly management information package or Key Risk Indicator report for senior management
-Analyze the impact to Japan clients not only Japan regulation but global regulation changes including US Dodd Frank and EMIR. Work with Legal, Compliance, other Operations divisions as well as Front Office to comply the requirements
-Participate Client Council project run by global Sales support team, exchange the idea to improve client satisfaction and ***’s Operations service ranking

Mandatory:
-Team player and have good communication skills
-Minimum of 3-year experience in Operations function with cash products and/or derivative products
-Language skills: business level English and native level Japanese
-PC skills: business level Microsoft applications

Preferred:
-Good understanding of the both domestic and foreign bond markets
-Ability to understand comprehensive transaction and system flows
-Ability to multi-task
-Self-motivated to learn new products/systems
