仕事内容

●Independently monitors and conducts thorough credit risk analysis for standard and plain vanilla transactions
●Actively contributes to surveillance rating committees
●Performs straightforward rating agency conditions requests
●Handles deal related questions for standard transactions
●Prepares drafts of press releases, deal-related reports for standard transactions
●Assists in the preparation of special comments, internal research and/or methodology papers
●Contributes to issuer and/or intermediary meetings and interacts with these parties on lower priority issues
●Solid knowledge of Moody’s methodologies and/or understanding of the industry in relevant asset classes

必要スキル

●Undergraduate/first level degree (Bachelor’s) or Graduate/second level degree (Masters, MBA) with proven credit experience in capital markets, ideally structured finance
●Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
●Standard verbal, written communication in English, native in Japanese, and interpersonal skills a must
●Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
