<Position Summary>
I. This position will report to Associate Director of Asset Services.
II. Manage the work activities of assigned projects. Oversee the accounting and reporting requirements at entity and consolidated level.
III. Works with Asset Management and provide back and middle support to AM business

<Key Responsibilities>
1) Provide high level customer service on sensitive and complex items assigned entities and projects.
2) On Asset Management support works, communicate with lender, investors and
accounting firms. Calculate DSCR/LTV and arrange waterfall for the entities.
3) Participate in new Asset Management business and set up the format of report and other documents.
4) Produces financial statements and other required financial information.
5) Ensure placement of effective internal controls and compliance
6) Need to work very closely with team staffs

<Education and Experience Requirements>
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. .
Minimum 8 years of accounting experience
Require in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principle. Able to forecast and
prepare budgets.
US-CPA, J-CPA or Licensed Tax Accountant is preferred
The experience engaged in Asset Management or SPC accounting is a must
Experience of individual entity reporting and SPC level are a must

Work under pressure with tight deadline
Handle concurrently multiple tasks and assignments
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Must be very hands-on person
Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Financial software systems.
Native Japanese and business level English is a must
