仕事内容

Essential Responsibilities: Sales and account strategy

Participate in developing technical account strategy with Accounts Managers Pre and Post sales support for providing technical solution.

Work closely with Client Specialists and Sales Specialists to provide pre-sales support and project scoping.

Promote value added solution services.

Support achievements of goal for Strategic Targets.

Keep clients updated on Thomson Reuters technologies and product roadmaps and ascertain potential prospects for future sales.

Provide cost estimates of technical activities for quotation purposes.Technical and service

Provide expert technical advice to clients and internal customers.

Accountable for analyzing, documenting and communicating internally client/partner’s technical infrastructure.

Proactive regular meetings with clients to review infrastructure requirements, systems capacity, service quality, service issues, satisfaction with technical services and keeping clients informed of progress of any promised actions or remedies. Focus on high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide the technical interface to clients during problem resolutions including keeping clients informed of progress and remedial actions being taken.

Provide feedback from clients to internal support groups on service expectations and service performance perceptions.

Monitor and drive Global Service Level Agreement performances where applicable.

Support beta testing by identifying suitable sites and gather beta feedback.

必要スキル

Required Skills and Experience:

Ability to build and manage customer relations and conduct formal customer presentations. Training in negotiation skills, presentation skills and communication skills will be helpful in succeeding in role.

Strong track record of working in a customer facing environment and driving initiatives to improving customer satisfaction.

Ability to communicate information clearly and succinctly to technical/non-technical colleagues and client/partners. Significant experience influencing individuals outside of formal line management relationships.

Understanding of the delivery and implementation of market data from a customer perspective.

Degree in technical or information technology with knowledge of computers, Networking or use of technology. Working understanding of TCP/IP and data communications technologies.

Ability to interpret client/partner needs and translate them into defined business requirements.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client/partners, tasks and projects concurrently.

Proven business aptitude including project management, complex problem solving, and resource integrations. Service Management or Project Management certification is an advantage.

English-Japanese bilingual preferable.

5+ years relevant experience in the financial services industry.
