仕事内容
This position is Responsible and accountable for business development and client coverage for Japanese Financial Institutions for not only Japan but also other countries.
・ Overall responsibility for business development with designated portfolio of FI client relationships, as well as identification of cross-selling opportunities across the full range of the Bank’s financial market products, wholesale banking products and corporate finance advisory.
Overall responsibility for credit process for FI clients.
Develop in-depth understanding of client’s business, strategies and banking needs in order to position the Company to provide relevant products to the client in a timely manner with an objective of maximizing the Company’s overall revenues and relationship economic profit.
Work with counterparts in other countries and with the Company’s sector and product experts when and where appropriate to ensure timely dissemination of information and to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
Primary point of contact with FI clients, serving their wholesale banking needs
Coordinate activities of Local Account Managers in other countries and regions to ensure a consistent level of service
Preparation of relevant client documentation including internal greenlight and credit approval applications, etc.
Cross-sell products of other business units to the clients where possible including, inter alia, private banking, employee benefits.
Monitoring of the client portfolio, ensuring data quality in credit risk systems through regular checking.

必要スキル
Over 5years experiences FI RM in (international) financial institutions
Fluent in English
Solid experience in credit analysis
Knowledge in commercial banking products
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Quick action/response with hands-on approach.
Effective communicator in Japanese/English
Fluent in English
