This position is within Corporate & FI Lending headed by Head of Corporate & FI Lending Japan and responsible for write-up of credit applications, and execution and monitoring of lending facilities.

Preparation of credit applications (annual reviews, renewals, modifications etc for existing facilities and new proposals), ensuring credit approval is obtained in a timely manner
Managing the credit approval process, acting as the contact point for Risk Management.
Preparing/updating financial spreadsheets
Reviewing/updating internal risk ratings.
Monitoring covenants.
Interacting with clients to gather relevant information.
Working together with relationship managers and other product specialists, participating in negotiations with clients, providing advice on Lending transactions.
Monitoring of the client portfolio, ensuring data quality in credit risk systems through regular checking.

Skill & Experiences
Over 3years experiences in (international) financial institutions
Fluent in English; writing skills essential
Solid experience in credit analysis
Knowledge in commercial banking products and experience in deal execution
Proficient in MS Office applications
