With the experience of recruiting around 1,000 candidates at all levels during his career as a recruitment consultant, Hiroaki Ishigooka joined KOTORA as a senior consultant in 2008, espousing the vision of the company which prioritizes the candidate's long term career development. Before joining KOTORA, he was a consultant at a large scale recruitment firm where he established a recruiting team specializing in financial service professionals. Prior to that, he was a consultant at a foreign affiliate search firm. He also worked at Industrial Bank of Chiba for 7 years before switching his career to a professional recruitment consultant.Hiroaki has a BA in IT from Teikyo-Heisei University.
Kentaro recently was engaged in the business management of the overseas cooperation within Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Holdings Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he was involved in investigation, execution, value up and exit of investments at Marunouchi Capital Co., Ltd (Buyout Fund) and Solution Design Co., Ltd (Revitalization Fund). After graduating from Sinshu University Faculty of Engineering, Tatsuya Miyazaki started his career at a construction company as a construction managing engineer. At Mie prefectural office, he worked for the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and NEDO. He was engaged in planning and management of industrial policy and took responsibility for new business development and rationalization of regulations and systems related to energy policies.Prior to joining us, he worked for Deloitte Tohmatsu Group as a consultant in the field of regional revitalization and education.

Masaru Kashisako is an expert in recruiting for Investment Banks, Venture Capitals, and Buy-out-funds. Prior to joining KOTORA, he had been a financial analyst at QRB for 12 years. Before QRB, Masaru worked for The Sumitomo Trust and Banking as a financial analyst and a retail sales person at one of its branches. Prior to that, he had worked at Yamaichi Securities.Masaru has a BA in Law from Waseda University.

Hideo Yanagida is the most experienced consultant who worked extensively in Japan's financial markets. Prior to joining KOTORA in 2004, Hideo worked as a money dealer, an ALM hedge operator, and a restructuring advisor at SMBC. In his career at SMBC, he was seconded to Sakura Asset Management (SAM) and worked as a portfolio manager. Hideo has a BA in India-Pakistan Linguistics from Osaka University of Foreign Studies (currently Osaka University) .

Before joining Kotora, Hajime Yagyu was engaged in real-estate financing and servicing business at a nonbank bank.He was in charge of launching the assurance business and engaged in the product development, alliances with financial institutions.Hajime has a B.A. of law from Chuo University and he is a qualified ARES Certified Master.
After working as a technical engineer mainly for quality assurance and quality control at Japanese and foreign manufacturers, Mr. Nomura was engaged in technology sales, and also worked as a general manager and sales manager of a company-owned manufacturing plant at a trading company.
