To provide expertise and demonstrate deep knowledge on AEM features such as sites, assets, workflows, packages etc.,
To provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues that might arise as part of AEM integration with other technologies
To work alongside the Technical Architects to understand the design and architecture and then to “construct and communicate” low level design to the team of developers
To work alongside with Business Analysts to understand the IT requirements
To work alongside with other technology Architects/Leads to ensure team co-ordination and timely deliveries
Team organization and daily standups to ensure risk mitigation on timely basis
CI/CD setup for the code base repository
Code Base maintenance and ensuring proper repo branching strategies and code migration
Co-ordination with Testing team to ensure timely and defect free application deliverables

【必須条件】
・AEMアプリケーションを使用して4年以上の実務経験を持ち、チームをリードしていること
・HTL、AEMワークフロー、カスタムコンポーネントやテンプレートの作成におけるハンズオンの経験
・AEMアプリケーションとangular、reach JSなどのフロントエンド技術との統合に関する実務経験
・スリングモデルを使用したハンズオンの経験
・AEMアプリケーションとバックエンドのRESTFULサービスとの統合におけるハンズオン経験
・開発活動の一環として提起される複雑な問題を処理するハンズオンの経験
・JCR APIおよびSling APIのハンズオン経験
・Mavenなどのビルドツールの使用経験
・SDLC方法論に関する良い知識
・カスケード・スタイル・シートやJavaスクリプトを使用したAEMアプリケーションの管理に関する実地経験
・アジャイルおよびスクラム方法論でのプロジェクト経験
・JCR、TarMK、CRXDe、felixコンソール、ランモード設定などのプロジェクトでの作業経験
・日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネス英語コミュニケーションレベルが必要

At least 4 years of hands on experience working with AEM applications and leading a team
Hands on experience in HTL, AEM workflows, creating custom components and templates
Hands-on experience in integrating AEM application with front end technologies like angular, reach JS etc.,
Hands on experience with sling models
Hands on experience in integrating AEM applications with backend RESTFUL services
Hands-on experience in handling complex issues that are raised as part of development activities.
Hands-on experience in JCR API and Sling API
Good Exposure on building tools, such as Maven
Good knowledge on SDLC methodologies
Hands-on experience in managing AEM applications with cascading style sheets and Java Scripts
Project experience with agile and scrum methodologies
Good project working experience in JCR, TarMK, CRXDe, felix console, run mode configs etc.
Native level Japanese, Business Communication level English
