・在庫、生産、品質、設備、人員管理など工場運営に関わる領域を含む。
・MESと製造拠点の成熟度を評価する。
・ビジネス要件の収集と統合、機能文書（設計図、仕様書、テストなど）の作成と更新。
・顧客の期待や課題を確認し、目指すべき方向性を策定する。
・現状の業務やシステムを調査し、改善点を洗い出し、ToBeシステムの構想を練る。
・設計・開発フェーズにおける業務面でのサポートを行う。
・グローバルチームと連携し、新システムの要件定義と実装を行う。
・クライアントの現地部門やグローバルチームと連携し、新システムの要件定義や、クライアントの海外拠点への展開に向けたプロジェクトを推進する。
・RFI/RFP/提案依頼書の作成、積極的なプリセールス、ソリューションのデモンストレーションを行う。

- Scope includes areas for operating the plant such as inventory, production, quality, equipment, and personnel management.
- Assess the maturity of the MES & manufacturing sites.
- Collect and integrate business requirements, create and update functional documentation (blueprints, specifications, tests, etc.)
- Confirm the client’s expectations and issues, and formulate the direction to aim for.
- Investigate current operations and systems to identify points for improvement, and conceptualize a ToBe system.
- Support in the design and development phase in terms of business operations
- Work with the global team to define and implement requirements for the new system.
- Collaborate with the client’s local department and global teams to define requirements for the new system and promote the project for deployment to the client’s overseas sites.
- Prepare RFIs/RFPs/Requests for Proposals, proactive pre-sales and demonstration of solutions.

●WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
・自動車、航空宇宙、ライフサイエンス、重機、半導体などのディスクリート製造業において、6年以上のMES S/W開発経験をお持ちの方
・製造業における生産管理、生産計画、在庫管理、品質管理等の生産関連業務経験者
・生産管理システム等のシステム開発プロジェクトにおいて、業務要件定義を主導した経験
・製造現場を変革するためのMES導入の実地経験
・「製品」を市場に投入する際の課題やプロセスに関する業界知識、およびこのプロセスにおけるMESの価値を明確に説明できること
・MESのツールやプロセスに関する知識、ソフトウェア実装やサービス提供戦略（アジャイル／デブオプス、ウォーターフォールなど）の理解
・優れた分析力と商業経験、優れたコミュニケーション能力（英語の読み書きと会話ができる）、顧客対応能力
・バイリンガル（日本語/英語）

- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 years domain experience in discrete manufacturing industries for MES S/W development (automotive/aerospace/life sciences/heavy equipment/semiconductor).
- Experience in production management, production planning, inventory control, quality control, or other production-related tasks in the manufacturing industry
- Experience leading the definition of business requirements for production management systems or other system development projects.
- Hands-on experience in MES implementation to transform a manufacturing site
- Industry knowledge of the challenges and processes involved in bringing a ""product"" to market and articulating the value of MES in this process
- Knowledge of MES tools and processes, and understanding of software implementation and service delivery strategies (Agile/DevOps, Waterfall, etc...)
- Excellent analytical and commercial experience, excellent communication skills (ability to read, write, and speak English), and customer relations skills
- Bilingual (Japanese/English)
