仕事内容 Position Overview:

The Risk business delivers a comprehensive suite of solutions designed to empower audit, risk and compliance professionals, business leaders, and the Boards they serve to reliably achieve business objectives, address uncertainty, and act with integrity.

The Strategic Sales Manager is responsible for leading prospects and clients for sales initiatives and owns the commercial relationship with his/her prospects. The Strategic Sales Manager is to achieve sales goals by uncovering and closing new business with both current customers and prospects. Key focus areas will include opportunity identification, relationship management, sales execution, and effective internal communication. In addition, they will be responsible for the maintenance of a robust pipeline with predictable long term success.

The Strategic Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales, Account Management and Client facing team currently focused on the financial business products that The company sells in Japan.

The Strategic sales Manager will be reporting directly to Head of Sales Japan, and is quota-carrying.


Essential Responsibilities:

●Responsible for a large part of the growth of Japan Risk business through incremental sales of Risk products and services to existing clients and new client acquisition.
●Determine and execute market strategies and goals for strategic accounts for Risk products and services in an effective manner in conjunction with Market Development.
●Leverage market research, Risk domain, and solution selling expertise to determine customer needs and create optimal sales team strategy and execution.
●Operate with the wider F&R Account Management teams and Risk team to ensure experiences, relationships and initiatives are leveraged successfully Timely and responsive follow up on sales leads and develop targeted lead generation campaigns based upon specific market opportunity or industry solutions, hence to achieve sales objectives and quotas.
●Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets.
●Establish, collaborate, develop, and maintain industry or other business segment contacts that lead to sales and robust pipelines.
●Develop and deliver sales presentations to close sales in a professional and effective manner
●Develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on Risk products and services.
●Make presentations and developing relationships with end users, decision makers, and C-Level Executives.
●Provide product feedback and enhancements required to penetrate new markets or accounts.
●Maintain up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends and government regulations.
●Develop Mutual Action and Close Plans to negotiate and finalize contracts.
●Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating sales data, via salesforce.com to contribute to product/service planning.
●Maintain on accounts and up to date forecast.
