Consultants at our company Consulting serve as key members of project teams by providing analytical insight, leadership, and creativity to client engagements and business development initiatives.
Consultants manage components of client projects, assist with defining engagements, build work plans, guide research and analysis efforts, and develop deliverables with robust and valuable conclusions and recommendations. Consultants also interact with clients via presentations and day-to-day client management including answering questions and responding to ad-hoc requests. Consultants will also participate in proposal / business development efforts.
・Work with internal and client teams to complete key project activities assigned to you with support from project manager ・Conduct both Primary and Secondary research to discover key insights and findings relevant to client projects ・Lead qualitative (e.g. KOL interviews) and quantitative analysis (e.g. claims and patient data, financial data, financial modeling and sales projections, etc.) as required on client engagements ・Synthesize large amounts of data into discrete stories and assumptions to determine the “so-what” for clients ・Develop and produce quality client deliverables including presentations, reports, workshops and key findings summaries ・Review the work of more junior team members (associates and interns) and help in their development by providing learning and skills development opportunities ・Build therapeutic area and domain expertise to apply during client engagements and thought leadership initiatives ・Support senior team members with opportunistic business development efforts including greenfield research and developing proposals and pitch books ・Work with senior staff to promote consistent operations, efficient use of resources and knowledge sharing / best practices ・Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development through trainings and/or unstructured sessions including conferences, workshops and external events ・Contribute to the social environment by executing assigned firm-building activities including knowledge management, internal training sessions and assisting with recruiting top talent ・Travel to/from client sites when required
We are searching for a talented software engineer for QA activities within the company. The successful candidate will have deep understanding in software development lifecycle and technologies which enables faster delivery with better quality. The person in this role is also expected to be a very good communicator to be efficient in understanding business requirement/user stories and connect them to practical test plan, test cases and technical implementations of automated test if necessary. The area of activity will not be limited to automation but will also be focused in planning, manually executing and progress management.
- Liaise with business analyst and business users, to understand business requirement and properly analyze testing requirement - Articulate test plan and test cases depending on test requirement - Plan and assign test related tasks in project and maintenance to test engineers from partners/vendors - Track and report target product quality to project/maintenance team by effectively utilizing software quality indicators - Manage, update, extend area of test automation. Propose and introduce test automation improvement along with other team members - Contribute to establishing better software quality standard for internal use
