Responsibilities ●Asset management of logistics properties under overseas REIT portfolio ●Budget/Actual variance verification ●Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual asset management reports and provide required information to the headquarters/investors ●Monitor and oversee property revenue, occupancy levels, operating expenses, and capital expenditures ●Planning and execution of repair/renovation and building maintenance programs for properties ●Prepare presentation/papers in English to obtain approvals from the headquarters for projects ●Conduct leasing & marketing of vacant space in both Japan and overseas portfolio to Japanese prospects/tenants ●Communication with lenders/trust banks/accounting firms/lawyers/PM/contractors ●Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts/agreements (lease, PM, trust bank and related docs) ●Take initiative for asset enhancement activities ●Assist in structuring/negotiation of deals, acquisitions, re-structuring, refinancing and dispositions
＜Job Purpose＞ The Accountant will report to the Accountant and Assistant Manager responsible for finance and operations of the overseas REIT, and also support of group company. The successful candidate will be responsible for: ●Book-keeping mainly expenses through SAP ●Accounts payable & expense processing ●Support for preparation of financial statements ●Update internal reporting systems (SAP & BPC) setting ●Support of Monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reporting to headquarter ●Dealing with financial auditors and supporting the various tax filings ●Cash management to make forecast, actual comparison ●Support for Budgeting & forecasting ●Other headquarter reporting requirements
＜Key Roles and Responsibilities＞ The Asset Manager will report to Head of Investment & Asset Manager of Commercial Assets will be mainly responsible for to asset management of offices and service apartments.

Job Description: ・ Provide advice, in Japanese or English as required, to our internal clients regarding legal risks in various aspects of business transactions that the internal team members provide to outside clients
・ Work closely with technology-focused Consulting teams on legal matters surrounding the development, protection and roll-out of new products and services
・ Review, draft and negotiate all types of contracts in English used for consulting/advisory services in Japan, with particular focus on technology product and services License Agreements, SaaS Agreements and Subscription Agreements
・ Working with other members of the legal team, participate in the drafting and review of various policies and procedures
・ Coordinate with various stakeholders with respect to seal and execution procedures following completion of contract negotiations
・ General experience in dealing with other types of contracts and advising clients in legal settings other than those described above
・ Coordinate with the legal team of the global network of which the firm is a member, as well as the legal teams of other network firms throughout the world, with respect to various global projects and initiatives that are to be implemented in Japan
・ Assist with various internal projects required for the legal team to run smoothly
・ Take responsibility for other tasks as requested by other members of the legal team
