Our Production Services Engineers work in a highly dynamic environment, interfacing directly with both the business and project teams, identifying and prioritizing business needs, and ensuring those needs are being met by the organization’s systems and support infrastructure.

●Responsibilities
・システムとユーザーサポート（フロントオフィスシステムを含む）
・障害管理、分析、報告、解決
・課題管理とアクション計画策定
・ツールの開発、プロセス改善や自動化
・ビジネスとシステムのプロセスフローの分析、要件収集、ドキュメンテーション、プロジェクトサポート
・本番環境とそのデータ管理、システム構成管理とオペレーション
・本番環境の変更管理、UAT調整、リリース作業、リリース後のテスト・検証

- System and user support (including front office sales and trading)
- Incident management, analysis, documentation, and resolution
- Problem management and remedial action planning
- Tool development, process improvement, and automation
- Business and system flow analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, and project support
- Production data control, environment management, system configuration, and operations
- Change management, UAT coordination, release implementation, and post-release testing and verification

・十分なテクニカルスキルと分析力
・WindowsとLinux環境での作業

- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent Japanese reading, writing, and speaking
- Proactive, with the ability to multitask and handle time pressure
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly (often independently)
- Strong sense of problem ownership and the ability to prioritize well
- Competent technical skills and analytical thinking ability
- Comfort navigating and working in Windows and Linux environments

●Preferred / 歓迎要件
・英語の読み書きと会話
・金融や金融商品に関する知識
・SQLとデータベースの使用経験
・プログラミング経験（C#, Java, PHP, Python, VBA等）
・システムのサポート、設計、開発等の経験

- English reading, writing, and/or speaking ability
- Finance and/or financial product knowledge
- Database experience and the ability to write/understand SQL
- Programming experience (C#, Java, PHP, Python, VBA, etc.)
- Experience working in a support, design, or development role
