Responsibilities: ●Establish working relationship with staffing vendors, process contract renewals, terminations including spend and utilization analysis ●Establish working relationship with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and human resources ●Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing supplier management; analyse complex contract proposals and negotiate favourable terms for renewals ●Manage all SLA reporting for managed service providers ●Maintain and foster positive vendor relationships ●Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a positive attitude when supporting internal customers ●Coordinate with the team to enhance resource database and create reports based on requirements ●Coordinate with internal stakeholders and update project status in a timely manner ●Act as a liaison for escalation of issues identified by the vendor management team, procurement, business stakeholders, finance and external suppliers ●Enhance and systemize internal resource database into a robust version ●Engage with business management team members in the region to understand Japan and APAC requirements ●Maintain good documentation and records to support audit requests ●Provide analytical support and utilize problem solving capabilities to generate standard or ad hoc reports and executive summaries ●Assist with the coordination of periodic vendor business reviews ●Assist with monitoring vendors contractual compliance
● Business Analyst as subject matter expert (SME) will involve in system implementation projects and interact with production services team to support business users. Also interfaces with cross regional and cross-divisional IT team, business users and project teams for identifying and prioritizing the business needs, managing timely project delivery. ● Suitable person would be the one who has interest in pursuing hands on development along with the requirement analysis, user support and digital transformation. ● All tasks required across SDLC phases for market and regulatory changes project, new product adaption, new system implementation and process and system improvement. ・Analysis of front to back business and system flow, requirement gathering ・System design, development, documentation ・Project management ・Interact with Production Support team and users to resolve production issues ・Review artefacts like design document, source code, test cases ● Take up development tasks as part of digital transformation
Equity Finance Support team mainly supports equity lending business for Japanese equity. Major role involves trade reconciliation, collateral management, reconciliation and payment instruction for lending fee, interest, and dividend for equity lending. Also supports lending transaction for fail cover on settlement date, and collateral management using Triparty platform. In addition to daily role, projects for regulation change, system change.

The successful candidate will be a key member of Japan Treasury team whose role will involve: ● Managing liquidity risk by applying global liquidity framework in day-to-day liquidity risk monitoring and control ● Driving ad-hoc projects on the implementation / improvement of Global / Japan liquidity risk framework, liquidity risk reporting as well as data quality. ● Providing necessary analysis and support for discussion with Business Units related to both internal and external liquidity risk monitoring and reporting. ● Managing BAU relating to regulatory liquidity - LCR/NSFR ● Supporting the roll out of global Liquidity & transfer pricing changes ● Reporting Liquidity Risk Metrics to senior management and corporate committees.
