The role is for a Project Manager within the Risk Change Function to own one or more projects within the Japan Risk Management Programme from inception through to delivery. As part of the Risk Global Book of Work covering Regulatory, Strategic and incremental business change there is a requirement for a delivery focused hybrid project manager/business analyst with credit/ market risk domain knowledge. Candidate would be supporting the Japan programme manager to deliver across a number of risk initiatives.

Instrument Data Team under Wholesale IT Dept. is responsible to set up and maintain Instrument Data within internal applications to provide timely and accurate data to internal consumers in Japan. The type of instrument data range from EQ, Fixed Income, and F&O. This function previously existed in Operations, and now has moved into IT Department to accelerate automation initiatives. Due to wide scope of internal users, the candidate will have opportunity to work closely with data users across front to back office, and across both Retail and Wholesale business. Candidate will primarily focus on delivery of key liquidity risk management enhancements taken by Global Treasury. As a group headquarter, he/she will closely work with global Treasury senior management group and working members as well as business and finance partners to define project scopes and to ensure effective delivery of initiatives.
