To further enhance our equity platform to cope with business development needs, we are looking for a technically sound mid to senior level C# developer to join our global equity derivatives development team in JP office.
The candidate should have experiences in C# / .Net developments, highly enthusiastic and self-motivated, can handle and solve complex problems independently, understand the concept of agile, scrum, TDD, SOA & various design patterns. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious experienced developer who is eager to work closely with FO business users, stakeholders, quants and other global project teams throughout the organization. ●Responsibilities: ・Participates in regional/global development and project meetings ・Work with BA/PM or end users to gather and review user requirements, provide suggestions on design and enhancements ・Follow global development/change management standards to deliver quality enhancements/solutions in timely manner ・Participate in development, code reviews, & post mortem activities. ・Participate in Rota for release management & provide 2nd / 3rd level support ・Be a good team player to ensure a cohesive culture to effectively solve local/global business problem while building strategic platform for Global Equities. ・Be a key partner of the Equities production services team to help ensure maximum up time of systems and minimize impact to businesses when issues occur.
Collateral management is one of the most important post-trading functions, and it has been a focus of constant attention in the financial industry with increasing regulatory pressure. Collateral management team in Tokyo monitors and manages all the collateral related services including collateral movement under ISDA CSA (Initial Margin and Variation Margin), central counterparty (CCP) clearing, repo margin, structured funding etc. The team support Global Markets businesses which include wholesale and retail (domestic branch-based mid-cap institutions) business. Candidates will be asked to monitor the current changes in regulations or business trends and participate or lead in various projects.
Responsibilities: ● Oversee and monitor daily margin call processes which are mainly performed in Powai. ● Work and liaise with various related departments such as Treasury, Settlement, Legal or Risk Management Dept. to correspond to new business initiatives or requirement ● Always undertake the duties of this role in accordance with the requirements of the regulators or market requirements ● Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business ● Assist the manager with ad-hoc projects and escalate the issues in a timely manner ● Participate in training (both on the job and formal courses) to learn more about Our businesses and build the knowledge necessary to have a successful, long-term career at Us.
Key Responsibilities includes; ●Build, test and deliver new services and improvement on supported Cloud platform and services, adhering Our standard policy and guideline. ●Provide onsite L2/L3 support to monitor and work on service restoration of Cloud platform deployed globally when incident takes place, under Follow-the-Sun support model or provide on-call support as necessary. ●Engage with application teams throughout the lifecycle to provide reliable and scalable Cloud platform and services. ●Identify opportunity to automate manual steps or areas for improvement to remediate or mitigate operational risks, and directly contribute on coding to manage the Cloud platform effectively. ●Collaboratively work with Engineering function and other IT teams to discuss and agree on the enhancement and improvement to address challenges or issues. ●Contribute on documenting operational run books, and give coaching to team members as required.
