You will be part of Paint design & development activities and the Body Paint development cycle project

【Required skills】
>> 3 to 6 years of experience in domain knowledge of automotive BIW parts, Paint design & development activities.
>> Good understanding of Automotive product development cycle.
>> Proficiency in software skills with Unigraphics NX, Teamcenter, PLM etc.
>> Must be aware of basic sheet metal manufacturing process and have a good experience in Body Paint development cycle.
>> Must have good understanding of Automotive manufacturing process followed.
>> Ability to understand the problem in BIW design and take appropriate solutions
>> Experience to work with Business partner environment
>>Design and development of concepts for the BIW projects & Paint systems as per the product development milestones & cross-functional requirements
>> Development of the components in Siemens Unigraphics NX background & documentation in PLM system for downstream processes.
>> Coordinating between onsite & offshore for work management.
>> Preparation of drawings & supporting for the release management activities
>> Ensure effective communication with Business partners & Knowledge sharing with in the team.

【Nice-to-have skills】
>> Sheet metal and Plastic components design and manufacturing processes.
>> Basic Knowledge of Stack up Analysis.
>> Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
>> Basic knowledge Supplier communication, Part sourcing, Material selection, Cost estimation and inter department communication
>> Knowledge of Automotive industry from design to the SOP.
