●Primary responsibilities:
・　Work with other functions at every level of the organization soliciting strategic imperatives from senior leaders and supporting product teams and business teams as they apply business architecture work products to build their business plans
・　Assemble, assess and coordinate tactical and strategic insight, including data, policies, and controls that can be shared across business units or enterprise
・　Apply industry based structured business architecture approach and methodology to develop multidimensional business views on the capabilities, information, inter-relationship, impact and value delivery
・　Understand the primary business functions and people involved in the workflows and the ability to distinguish the capabilities that can be adopted or performed by internal and external entities, alliance, vendors and systems
・　Conduct, direct and lead all aspects of the exploration, gathering and definition of business problems, strategic opportunities and design options to achieve business objectives
・　Incorporate solution options to include capabilities across service lines, product boundaries and alliance platforms that best help the clients with their business transformation and goals
・　Collaborate and clarify design and workflow with solution architect where strategy be executed, and capabilities be implemented and mapped to multiple value streams
・　Own and develop the business architecture knowledge base ensuring assets are maintained and continuously improved by the community to support organizational change
・　Champion business architecture ensuring its value and application is understood across the organisation and that business architecture assets support other domains

●Qualifications
・Minimum of over 5 years of experience with significant role in defining products or solution accelerator attributes to transform the business domain
・Direct experience and accountability in the functional architecture of products, product portfolios or solution accelerator with at least $3m of investment, $1m if using cutting edge innovative technologies
・Have experience in analysing through systems thinking identifying interdependencies of business and system workflows to optimize solutions and to enable speed-to-market
・Good knowledge of cloud computing, data processing, big data analytics, AI, and awareness of technology trend with ability to articulate their relevance and potential value in business domains
・Experience in client handling and communication with proven track record to creatively assist clients to overcome business challenges and achieve financial objectives
・Demonstrate proven experience in one or more industries or sectors with knowledge on technology capabilities used in such sectors to solve problems and capitalize on new opportunities. Certifications in the candidates’ dominant functional area are ideal
・Having knowledge of business domain, technology design, enterprise policies and market variables to offer solution options or challenge the status quo where appropriate, and contributing material improvement ideas and developing full business cases
・Professional experience in development and delivery via Agile framework using DevOps or enterprise tool involving multiple teams and product releases
・Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas and present strategies at all organization levels
・Excellent leadership with strong people skills and negotiation skills
