In FY22, the Supply Chain Services function was launched as part of our NextWave initiative to simplify our business and strengthen our company overall supply chain. By aligning our Procurement teams and Vendor Management team, under one umbrella, we are better positioned to support critical aspects of supplier performance and contract management, maximize our long-term value and differentiate our company in the market.
Our Supply Chain Services team helps connect our people to leading services and suppliers, enables best practice sharing across categories and Regions, and streamlines our efforts to seek suppliers who are innovative and can provide exceptional client service to support our company overall success. A key function under Business Enablement, Supply Chain Services is a global team with over 600 professionals with representation in 38 countries.
While many Supply Chain organizations focus solely on delivering quantitative value, we believe that value delivery comes in many different forms. Not only do we focus on cost reduction, cost avoidance and tracking foregone savings, all which amount to our quantitative value, we equally focus on delivering client, people, social, and financial value.
Across all our teams, we help our clients stay ahead of the curve. We are relentless trendsetters that employ the latest technology to better serve the business, from automating processes to introducing innovative approaches to our sourcing strategies. Other impacts of Supply Chain Services include:
Deliver consistency and quality for business teams, clients and supplier partners

Our teams and services
Supply Chain Services provide strategic purchasing and business solutions for our company across numerous products and services, with a focus on six areas of expertise:
Travel, Meetings & Events Services: Provides travel solutions that support the mobility of our people, enabling engagement with our clients and internal teams, and enhancing the culture and shared values while minimizing the organization’s total travel costs.
Real Estate and Workplace Services (WPS): Manages occupancy expenses comprised of building rent and operating expenses, interior design, facilities management, construction, office furnishings and the associated amortizations and depreciation.
Supplier Ecosystem Services (formerly GVMO): Supplier Ecosystem Services maximizes the value of our most strategic supplier relationships via a consistent supplier management approach, best practices and supporting technologies.
Procurement Services: Drives drive greater efficiencies and synergies among two critical spend areas to better deliver market insights, quality services and long-term value for our stakeholders. Procurement Services incorporates two specialist streams.Technology Sour

【Skills needed to be successful】
A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience as a procurement manager preferable in a multinational environment;
Be familiar with RFP process, has a good sense for tender document composition familiar with e-sourcing systems;
Project management skill, and will take a supporting and/or leading role for regional project sourcing and work with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation;
Proficient communication and facilitation skills;
Negotiation and alignment of basic supplier terms and pricing with best practice and market conditions;
Global mindset, able to work as collaboratively as part of a team at regional and global level;
Good organizational skills;
A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently;
Excellent communication and networking skills able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders;
Ability to work in a high pace, agile environment;
Ability to work independently, in virtual teams, high self-motivation;
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively;
High levels of EQ and cultural awareness to build relationships;
Experience with Source-to-Pay (“S2P”) processes, including managing sourcing projects on SAP system, and execution of online RFx and e-Auctions.
A desire to be part of a high-performance, transformational environment that is fast-paced and collaborative
Experience in managing the Talent categories of Human Capital and Learning and Development

【To qualify for the role you must have】
+5 years in a Procurement management role
Strong procurement expertise and commercial acumen to drive sourcing and demand management strategies across a broad array of category services.
Proven track record of leading procurement activities. Multi-regional or global projects will be a plus.
Ability to align efforts with key stakeholders and influence these leaders, as necessary, and possess a global mindset.
Experience on execution of online Rfx and e-Auctions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Word, Teams and OneNote

【Ideally, you’ll also have】
Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s and follow-on degree in Business or similar discipline is recommended.
CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) will be a plus
