当部は、弊社グループ全体の経営目標を達成するため、海外拠点を含めた弊社グループ全体の資金管理や資金流動性規制対応等、統合的な流動性管理を担っています。国内で完結する業務やプロジェクトは少なく、海外の弊社グループ拠点（米州、欧州、アジア）と各国の規制に合わせてグローバルに業務を行っております。
その中で、当チームは、弊社グループの業務遂行に必要な資金調達を中心としたグローバルの資金流動性管理を担います。
チームの業務は、(1) 流動性リスク管理業務と(2) 戦略的資金調達業務の2つに分かれます。（主な担当業務は下記をご参照下さい）
今回は東京において、上記(2) 戦略的資金調達業務の実務担当を担って頂ける方を募集しております。
また、チーム人員の半分以上が中途採用であり、様々な国籍や多様なキャリアを持つ方が集まる大変働き易い環境です。配属先部門は、弊社グループ全体の経営目標を達成するため、海外拠点を含めた弊社グループ全体の資金管理や資金流動性規制対応等、統合的な流動性管理を担っています。国内で完結する業務やプロジェクトは少なく、海外の弊社グループ拠点（米州、欧州、アジア）と各国の規制に合わせてグローバルに業務を行っております。

当チームで執行している主な業務は以下の通りです。
(1) 流動性リスク管理業務
・国内外の子会社の資金繰り・担保管理
・通貨ミスマッチのコントロール
・流動性バッファーの確保・運用
・社内レートの運営
・インターカンパニーローンの運営
・危機対応（Business Continuity Plan及びContingency Funding Plan）

(2) 戦略的資金調達業務
・資金調達計画の策定・実行
・短期資金調達（インターバンク、CP等）
・中長期資金調達（社債、ローン借入等）
・資金調達構造の分析・改善

The department is responsible for cash/funding management of whole group entities and comprehensive liquidity management. Our tasks and projects are not only in Japan but also global base with communicating with regional Treasury at overseas entities (US, EU, Asia)
The Department Funding desk is responsible to manage Group liquidity risk globaly to support firm’s business including shor-term and me-long term funding.
The team is split in two lines of group with following responsibilities - (1) Liquidity risk management, and (2) Strategic funding. Please refer to following section.
In this role, you will be responsible for (1) as above, supporting planning and execution of strategic funding, analyzing funding/capital portfolio.

The tasks in Funding Risk & Cash Management
(1) Liquidity risk management
・Cash and collateral management of domestic/overseas subsidiaries
・Control on currency mismatch
・Securing and applying liquidity buffer
・Operation on CoF rate (internal allocation of funding cost)
・Operation on Inter-company loan
・Risk management (Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Contingency Funding Plan (CFP))

(2) Strategic funding
・Planning and execution of funding
・Short term funding (Interbank, CP, etc.)
・Medium-Long term funding (Bonds Issuance, Loans, Structured funding etc.)
・Analysis of funding/capital structure and proposal for improvement

【必須要件】
・ハイビジネスレベルの日本語及び英語能力
・エクセル・ワード・パワーポイントに関する基礎的スキル
・明るさと前向きさ、チームや関連部署と協業できる対人コミュニケーション能力

＜Mandatory＞
・High business level Japanese and English
・Basic skills of Microsoft office Excel/Word/powerPoint
・Positive attitude with bright personality. Communication skill to collaborate with counterparties within and outside the team

・短期資金調達業務の経験、金融市場関連業務の経験
