仕事内容

We are seeking Account Manager for strategic Account to perform a variety of Account coordination and administrative tasks of Account operations.
Account Manager responsibilities include preparing internal financial reports as well as required reports from Global Client Service Partner (“GCSP”) and managements, arranging internal meeting across the cross functional teams globally and maintaining communication tools to activate teamwork


Responsibilities
・Prepare required reports for GCSP and managements in timely manner
・Communicate clearly the progress of requests to internal stakeholders
・Arrange internal meetings and attend the meetings to take meeting minutes in English / Japanese
・Maintain communication tools working together closely with global team
・Deliver news, update on Account activities via communication tools
・Liaise to coordinate meetings and to handle requests from Account team
・Support meeting logistics for specific pursuit opportunities
・Act as the point of contact for global Account team in terms of administrative operations
・Assist in preparation of meeting materials and required data from Account team
・Keep Account team list as well as distribution list up to date
・Arrange security cards for clients and global visitors
・Arrange work space and provide general office support for global visitors
・Order and arrange required items if these are related to Account activities
・Submit expense of required costs
・Update internal IT systems knowledge by attending training, communicating with others
・Update Pharmaceutical industry and own skills by reading publications and participating in educational opportunities

必要スキル

●Requirements
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English / Japanese
・Knowledge of any CRM systems and office management systems and procedures
・Proficency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word in particular)
・Have ability to pay attention to other’s expectations and provide support proactively
・Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to handle multi-tasks
・Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
・Have ability to solve problems by oneself and raise challenges with others
・Have self-motivation to fill a gap in lack of required skills
・Experience as Administrative Assistant or Sales Assistant

●Qualifications (Nice to have)
