グローバル報酬チームは報酬に関するデータ・情報を活用して、当社グループの人材獲得や社員の活躍をサポートする役割を担っています。

The Global Compensation team supports our businesses with compensation and HR databased analytics and advice.

●Responsibilities
・人事部門における報酬関連のプロセス・プロジェクト支援
・グローバル報酬委員会運営のための資料作成・分析支援
・グローバル報酬プロジェクト、国内プロジェクト・業務運営支援における人事データや報酬データの分析提供
・報酬サイクルにおける各リージョンの報酬チームおよび人事ビジネスパートナーへの協力及び支援
・報酬サイクルの効率的な計画、実行のためチームメンバーと協力
・報酬マーケットトレンド、規制要件などの情報収集/調査支援
・役員向けプレゼンテーション/コミュニケーション資料作成

・Provide analytical support for Global Compensation projects
・Support the Global HR Compensation Committee process including preparation of materials and supporting analytics
・Assist with Global and domestic compensation and HR data analytics
・Work with and support Regional Compensation teams and HR Business Partners throughout the annual compensation cycle
・Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, etc.
・Preparation of presentations / communications materials for executive audiences

●Requirements
・日本語ネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベル
・機密性の高い情報の管理について高い意識を有していること
・優れたコミュニケーション・スキルと、迅速かつ簡潔に問題と解決策をまとめる能力を保持していること
・正確性、細部にわたる注意力と丁寧さを有していること
・各種オフィスアプリケーション（Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint）の基礎的な操作能力があること
・スピードを求められる環境でのチャレンジを楽しみ、自分自身の能力開発に積極的であること
・未経験のエリアに対し、謙虚に貪欲に学ぶことが出来ること

・Native in Japanese and business in English
・Strong numerical and analytical abilities
・Comfort working with and analysing large volumes of data
・Ability to communicate effectively with direct team members and international counterparts
・MS Excel, PowerPoint, Office
・Eager to learn new things while being able to apply past experiences
