仕事内容
<Key Responsibilities:>
Assist the AFC Team in sanctions screening reviews and client due diligence escalations.
Assist the AFC Team Head on advice on local regulatory requirements and global policy requirements in relation to all AFC areas, including sanctions, KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, anti-bribery and corruption regulations etc.
Assist the AFC team in implementing global projects and requirements:
Updating policies, testing controls, closing outstanding issues.
Providing updates on regulatory information as required and upon request
Assist the AFC Team Head in performance of local and globally risk assessments and controls testing to comply with the Global assurance program.
Support the AML function for various reporting requirements to the regulator, law enforcement and management committees.
Support training initiatives

必要スキル
<The candidate will have:>
Understanding of or experience in transaction banking products and business areas strongly preferred
AFC experience
AFC Qualifications e.g. CAMS a plus
<The candidate will be:>
Willing to build understanding of local AFC related regulations, including the FX Law, Financial Crime Law and FSA AML Guidelines
Proficient in Japanese language and business English language level
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
