1. Financial Planning ・Leading budgeting/ forecasting process ・Prepare various reports to the Group. ・Contribute to implement financial planning/ forecasting system ・Orchestrate information collecting process from various constituencies and validate the accuracy of received information ・Prepare various presentations to senior management and the Group, highlighting financial evolution and hot topics ・Support all divisions in decision-making through scenario analysis and business cases ・Establish FP&A function by expanding the team and mentoring analyst(s)
2. Financial Reporting ・Leading monthly/quarterly P&L preparation ・Analyze monthly financial results and prepare comprehensive analytical report ・Prepare various analytical presentation submitted to the Group ・Contribute to building a new holistic reporting tool in cooperation with data teams and divisions, aiming at systemization, digitization, robust straight-through process

Relationship Management Associate (RMA) partners with Relationship Managers (RM) in a specific business, including to support prospective sales / cross-sell opportunities for new business, ensure profitability of new and existing client relationships, act as an escalation point both to the client and internally for any service - delivery issues, breaches or opportunities.
A. Collaborates with Global Client Operations and related shared service team to ensure the quality of our account management functionality to clients. Preparation for quarterly client review meetings, including kit delivery and briefing note production Responds to client and sales meeting follow ups, within 24 hrs chase up with other departments or via client operation’s manager where required Follow up on specific sales leads as directed by the RM Attend internal account coordination meetings
B. Develop new business partnering RM, Portfolio Specialists, Solution Strategist, Product group and Marketing Proactively communicate with clients and prospects on relevant issues related to their business Key Account Management research key accounts and provide suggestions on further developing the relationship Marketing Facilitate competitor analysis and ad-hoc initiatives, share knowledge of market trends and best practice. Investment build through understanding of key strategies and build relationship with investment team. Portfolio Specialists are the gate for each strategy. Product group need to be collaborative on product strategy, capacity, fee negotiation and new fund launches. Industry proactively read reports, news bulletins and share relevant information.

●Assist in initiating, building, and maintaining strong relationship with existing and prospective investors for the own funds. This will involve expanding and deepening relationship with financial institutions, pension funds, consultants, large enterprises, family offices and other type of investors. ●Follow-up and engage with investors; collaborate with fund management teams ●Work closely and collaborate with the other teams in different geographies. ● Support to maximize the prospects of the funds. This will include participation meetings with IR, fund heads, handle investor follow-up and closing. ●Understanding the investment objectives and priorities of potential investors; understand the current and emerging policies and future economic plans of governments. ●Articulate strategies, objectives, and performance of the firm’s various funds; assist in building own brand locally, differentiate and position us and its funds from other firms.
