仕事内容

Position Objectives
Input into overall hiring strategy to drive acquisition of a diverse group of professional talent within the organization
Ensure execution and completion of the annual hiring plan
Devise and implement talent mapping and recruiting strategy building a strong pipeline of
prospective talent
Ensure an efficient, smooth and effective process for positive experience for prospects and new hires
Form close relationships with Service Line leaders and other hiring managers to ensure clear expectations and efficient process

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Service Line heads and other hiring managers to fully understand hiring needs
Determine selection criteria for candidates
Flexibility and ability to multi-task and handle multiple recruiting mandates at the same time
Utilize corporate Workday system throughout recruiting and hiring process
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Effectively use coordinate with and manage multiple hiring channels such as LinkedIn, Workday, professional networks, etc. Ensure that data is kept up-to-date and accurate
Effectively manage candidate pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged through internal approval process
Assist to short-list candidate list during the process
Support and/or conduct interviews
Provide coaching support for Service Line leaders and other hiring managers, as applicable, on recruitment and interview process
Grow and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct reference checks, support to draft offers and employment contracts for successful candidates
Serve as brand ambassador at various events which may include career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, etc.
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attracting and hiring candidates
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Keep abreast of developments in market talent acquisition practices and benchmarks
Assess candidate resumes and information including background checks
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

必要スキル

Technical Skills and Qualifications
5 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing and talent engagement
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases and professional networks
Experience with the recruiting process
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Relationship building and people engagement skills, ability to multi-task, business acumen
University degree, good English, MS Office (PPT, Excel)
Plus: Workday proficiency, Real Estate industry experience
