The team primarily provides the following services to clients, which include a wide range of major and mid-sized private equity funds, both international and domestic:
・Various due diligence tasks during client investment consideration, such as carve-out DD, ITDD, ESGDD, BDD, etc.
・Value enhancement measures for client investment portfolio companies (establishing optimal operations)
・Support for clients in building post-investment monitoring systems

For the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) domain
・CPA holders (Japan/US/UK/Australia, etc.)
・Preference given to those with project experience for Private Equity (PE) funds
・Proficiency in Japanese required
・Business-level English proficiency

For the Information Technology Due Diligence (ITDD) domain
・Experience in IT DD for PE funds at a strategy or comprehensive consulting firm
・Proficiency in Japanese required
・Business-level English proficiency
