仕事内容

【What the role covers】
・Implementation management rolling-out tech platforms incl. running promotions and training
・Solutions developer working with tech team members to develop tech solutions for internal requirements and clients
・Strategic guidance ensure the work our tech team are undertaking aligns with business strategy
・Continual Improvement ensure the team and I are keeping abreast of tech developments in the market and competitor offerings to ensure we are continually learning and improving.
・Data Quality implementation of solutions to improve Data Quality

【Time spent as follows】
・Assisting Tech champions and users in the implementation of new software, and their specific use of the software to meet account requirements.
・Developing tech solutions with team for internal/external use (e.g. building products with MS Office 365 Stack (with UI developed in MS PowerApps), building products in Outsystems, developing dashboards in PowerBI/Tableau and embedding in them predictive/prescriptive algorithms to identify internal/client opportunities).
・Working with Tech Product Owners to ensure solution meets account/project requirements and platform is being used to its full extent.

必要スキル

【Related experience, knowledge&skill】
・10+ years’ experience of project management in a professional services organization.
・Expert level understanding of project management tools and how they can be leveraged to optimize workflow.
・Deep understanding of change management methodology and 5+ years’ experience of delivering business change with measurable outcomes within the APAC region.
・10+ years’ experience of technology strategy, enterprise architecture and systems integration.
・10+ years’ experience in defining and delivering technology solutions that solve real business problems.
・Experience of agile project management and lean six sigma with related certifications.
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
・Experience working in large global organizations with geographically dispersed teams and complex technical environments.
・Experience in dealing with internal and external customers, service providers and vendors.
・Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business sponsors and technical teams.

・English TOEIC 800 above
・BI Platform Engineering

・Motivated to Learn Tech develops quickly and it’s important that the person understands what solutions are available in the marketplace, and if required, develop a solution.
・Patient Rolling-out new tech requires a LOT of patience!
・Problem Solver Able to assess an issue, determine what the problem is, and offer a solution.
・Compassionate Listener Users will struggle and get frustrated at times. The person needs to be able to understand their frustrations, and guide them appropriately without them giving-up on using the new tech solution
・Promoter Must promote any change and inspire others to drive adoption, whilst ensuring users are aware of the advantages that the change will offer.
・Financial Management Able to ascertain any costs (e.g. labour, overheads, licences) associated with tech services offered to clients and develop Fee proposals.
・Team Player & Stakeholder Manager Person will need to interact with numerous other parties to develop solutions and roll-out technology (e.g. Regional BI Manager, Regional Tech & Transformation Manager, Global IT, Product Owners, Account owners, Project Managers, General Managers).
・Analysis capability ability to read data to identify issues and opportunities and present findings to relevant managers.
・Project Management Be able to run tech-based projects correctly using Project Management skills. These skills (such as time and cost management/forecasting) will also be valuable when implementing tech solutions (i.e. it’s harder to roll-out a piece of software if you don’t understand how to use it yourself).
