Our company in USA is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Engineer/Analyst to assist with all engineering duties from simple to complicated projects. This includes assisting with planning, scheduling and execution in the engineering department and ensuring that each project receives adequate resources and will be completed by deadline.

Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with other team members is a must. This position reports to the highest levels of operational management, and the team member will be expected to have a passion for the evolving AI technology landscape and the ability to function independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

＜Key Responsibilities＞
・Support and provide backup for the entire project engineer team and also answers Project Manager questions as needed.

・Collect and enter data on hourly, daily and weekly time periods for engineering and technical time.

・Ensure billing counts are provided in order for all work to be billed to client in a comprehensive and timely fashion.

・Train on hosting platforms and other technology as required.

＜Required Qualifications and Experience＞
・Ability to attend in-person meetings at the San Francisco offices as required.

・Ability to commute to the San Francisco offices at least 3 days per week.

・Create reports using Microsoft products to reflect projects and tasks performed.

・Examine processes and provide suggestions for more efficient tracking.

・Help Train Engineers on any level.

・Perform high level checks on projects.

・First to learn all new software that we are developing/implemented.

・Daily problem-solving meeting with top operations management.

・Japanese Bilingual is required.
