・Responsible disciplinary and technical leadership for employees of the department, personal development and qualification of employees including regular feedback and target setting and review sessions
・Leading the business development activities
・Definition of business development strategy and priorities together with managing directors
・Optimizing of processes of business development
・Coordination with other departments: Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Legal
・Control of pre-Gate 4 project budgets within the company rules of approval
・Ensuring project Stage-Gate process up to Gate 4
・Contract negotiations and contract checking for EPC business (in cooperation with project management and managing directors)
・Reporting to his reporting line in respect to any irregularities in projects or other deviations

・営業部リーダー業務
・事業戦略及びその優先順位付けを部長、役員と共に策定
・事業開発業務プロセスの効率化
・プロジェクトマネジメント部、エンジニアリング部、調達部、工事部、法務チームとの
調整業務
・プロジェクト予算を一部コントロール、社内承認業務
・プロジェクトステージ管理一部担当
・EPC事業の契約交渉、契約チェック（プロジェクトマネジメント部及び部長、役員との
協力業務）
・プロジェクトにて発生したイレギュラー対応、他プロジェクトから逸脱する等の問題を
レポートラインを通しての報告業務

・Minimum 10 years of working experience
・Business development experience or comparable
・Must have previous working experiences in the EPC solar market or comparable markets
・Experience in international contract and commercial negotiations
・Strong communication skills internally and externally
・English and Japanese speaking including the ability to lead negotiations

・3年以上の再エネ経験者
・マネジメント経験
・日本語ネイティブ、英語はビジネスレベル以上必須

・10年以上の実務経験
・事業開発業務若しくはそちらに匹敵するご経験
・EPC太陽光発電市場若しくはそちらに匹敵する市場での実務経験
・インターナショナルな契約、取引交渉のご経験
・社内外における強いコミュニケーション能力
・交渉のリードを含む英語及び日本語のスピーキング力
