当チームでは、主に一般勘定の資産負債の管理を担当し、デュレーションギャップ管理、一般勘定の戦略的アセットアロケーションの策定などを行っています。また、インベストメント＆ALMコミッティの事務局も担当しています。
当社グループの資産運用戦略は、保険負債の特性に基づいたALM運用が根幹となっており、アクチュアリアルな側面と資産運用の側面の双方があり、すべてのステークホルダーに対して最適な利益を追求するために、多くの専門的知識を身に着けられる職務になっています。IFRS17やICSといった会計や資本規制が変わりゆく中、学びながらな新しいことに進んでチャレンジしていただける方をお待ちしております。

The team is primarily responsible for managing general account ALM, including duration gap management and constructing strategic asset allocations for the general account funds. We are also in charge of the secretariat of the Investment & ALM Committee.
Our Group’s asset management strategy is based on ALM, and has both actuarial and asset management aspects, and pursues optimal strategy for all stakeholders. Therefore, you can acquire a lot of specialized knowledge. As accounting and capital regulations change such as IFRS17 and ICS introduction, we are looking forward to those who are willing to take on new challenges while learning.

The following skills and experience are not mandatory requirement at this time, as they will be acquired through on-the-job training. Therefore, do not hesitate apply yourself who are willing to acquire them after joining us.
・Basic knowledge about insurance products (those who have passed actuary subjects are welcome)
