Responsibilities: ●Establish working relationship with staffing vendors, process contract renewals, terminations including spend and utilization analysis ●Establish working relationship with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and human resources ●Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing supplier management; analyse complex contract proposals and negotiate favourable terms for renewals ●Manage all SLA reporting for managed service providers ●Maintain and foster positive vendor relationships ●Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a positive attitude when supporting internal customers ●Coordinate with the team to enhance resource database and create reports based on requirements ●Coordinate with internal stakeholders and update project status in a timely manner ●Act as a liaison for escalation of issues identified by the vendor management team, procurement, business stakeholders, finance and external suppliers ●Enhance and systemize internal resource database into a robust version ●Engage with business management team members in the region to understand Japan and APAC requirements ●Maintain good documentation and records to support audit requests ●Provide analytical support and utilize problem solving capabilities to generate standard or ad hoc reports and executive summaries ●Assist with the coordination of periodic vendor business reviews ●Assist with monitoring vendors contractual compliance
The Pursuit is responsible for supporting auditing team process by shaping and scoping proposal to satisfy client requirements. The Pursuit works with auditing team to understand client needs and requirements, and leads delivery resources through the designing a proposal (architecture, approach, WBS, estimating, costing, etc.) to meet client needs.
Managing the entire pursuit process which includes developing win themes, writing the document, supporting presentation preparation and project managing the proposal process.
Taking a proactive role in driving the pursuit process and developing strategic and tactical proposals, timelines and procedures to win new business.
Monitoring the progress of all pursuit activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Facilitating meetings with account team members to evaluate the business and client issues and helping develop stakeholder engagement strategies from the beginning of the pursuit process. Attending and actively contribute to the kick-off strategy, status, follow-up/debrief, and presentation preparation meetings.
Developing top quality proposals, presentations and other client meeting documents including final editing, proofing and delivery of materials to the target to ensure consistency. Ensuring that message quality, format, and content meet the target’s objectives and are consistent with firm-wide communication guidelines.
Defining best practices and ensuring that leading practices are shared within the pursuits group and across.
