●Responsibilities： This is a team member role within the FX Production Services team providing support to the FX businesses for a wide range of electronic trading platforms and applications in addition to maintaining our in house/vendor based application solutions. The electronic trading platform architecture consists of multiple external/internal applications designed to facilitate the successful execution of FX trades. In addition, this role will require communication with various Japanese vendors and clients while carrying out eFX Client Onboarding projects for the Japan market.
The Pursuit is responsible for supporting auditing team process by shaping and scoping proposal to satisfy client requirements. The Pursuit works with auditing team to understand client needs and requirements, and leads delivery resources through the designing a proposal (architecture, approach, WBS, estimating, costing, etc.) to meet client needs.
●Key responsibilities Managing the entire pursuit process which includes developing win themes, writing the document, supporting presentation preparation and project managing the proposal process.
Taking a proactive role in driving the pursuit process and developing strategic and tactical proposals, timelines and procedures to win new business.
Monitoring the progress of all pursuit activities to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Facilitating meetings with account team members to evaluate the business and client issues and helping develop stakeholder engagement strategies from the beginning of the pursuit process. Attending and actively contribute to the kick-off strategy, status, follow-up/debrief, and presentation preparation meetings.
Developing top quality proposals, presentations and other client meeting documents including final editing, proofing and delivery of materials to the target to ensure consistency. Ensuring that message quality, format, and content meet the target’s objectives and are consistent with firm-wide communication guidelines.
Defining best practices and ensuring that leading practices are shared within the pursuits group and across.
Translation (generally Japanese to English) -Produce accurate, idiomatic translations across a range of familiar fields and contexts while meeting reasonable productivity targets -Communicate with colleagues and experts, as well as perform research using publicly available information and other resources, to produce accurate translations even in new or unfamiliar disciplines -Translate tax, consulting and accounting-related proposals, presentations, memos, position papers and other deliverables -Translate internal communications (e.g. announcements, policies, information session materials, training materials) -Translate external communications (e.g. articles, marketing materials, media interviews, etc.)
Translation quality assurance -Self-editing and revision -Review of colleagues’ translations to ensure accuracy and consistency -Occasional review of English materials drafted by company professionals
Terminology and database management -Regular use and update of translation assistance tools -Testing of new tools and use cases
Coordination -Scheduling and progress tracking, including negotiating deadlines/scopes of work with internal stakeholders -Occasional outsourcing of translations to third-party vendors -Provide feedback on translation quality to third-party vendors
