仕事内容
・Plan/implement compensation and benefits processes/programs to support business objectives.
・Manage payroll operation from end-to-end, including
development of reference manuals/guidelines, contract
management and liaison with internal/external stakeholders, etc.

必要スキル
●必須要件 Requirements
・Demonstrate advanced experience in health, savings, wellness and other benefits programs,
including design, strategy/framework, administration, etc.
・ Knowledge of benefit industry trends and local legislation to gain a competitive advantage
・ Demonstrate ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional
journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
・Demonstrate appreciation of potentially sensitive matters/situations and an ability to handle such
situations
・ Advanced knowledge of local labor laws
・Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
・Demonstrate payroll management experience in organizations with similar workforce size, including
knowledge of main payroll software
・Demonstrate sound knowledge in labor law and employment best practices
・Demonstrate advanced statistical and analytical skills
・Advaced knowledge of rewards methodology, including Mercer’s TRS
・High expertise in payroll, social security, tax and benefits administration
・ Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure
efficient usage of resources, where applicable
・ Design/implement country-specific compensation and benefitsprograms/policies/procedures to
achieve the organization’s desired position in market and compensation goals
・ Develop country-specific HR cost control strategies/procedures to ensure maximum employee total
rewards coverage at competitive costs/budgets
・ Drive compensation and benefits coverage/understanding by developing effective communication
packs/channels to obtain employee input/feedback
・ Collaborate with local management team to assess competitive labor market trends and create
compensation strategies in enhancing the organization’s ability to recruit and retain employees
・ Ensure compliance with applicable local government employment regulations and assure
timeliness/accuracy of required statutory filings/reporting
・ Review information/data gathered from various compensation and benefit surveys; recommend
competitive solutions to existing plans/programs
●語学力 Language ability
・ Fluency in English (both spoken and written, e.g., TOEIC 800 or higher) and native level of
Japanese
