仕事内容

<Job Responsibilities>
●Maintain strong and productive relationships with in-country trade development bodies, foreign trade associations, and state and provincial authorities to foster collaboration and support business growth.
●Drive business development efforts by identifying and engaging potential customers aligning with the bank/branch strategy. Focus on industries such as real estate, transport and shipping data centre/logistics, renewable energy financing, etc.
●Proactively seek new business opportunities from existing customers, leveraging the full range of financial products and services.
●Collaborate closely with colleague from the head office and other overseas networks to explore and pursue business opportunities in Japan, ensuring a coordinated and effective approach.
●Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, conduct credit reviews, and monitor credit performance to ensure sound risk management practices.
●Drive revenue generation and consistently meet performance targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
●Establish a robust business plan and strategy specifically tailored for the local corporate segment, taking into account market dynamics, competition, and customer preferences. ●Continuously evaluate and refine the plan to adapt to changing business conditions.

実際は、
●アジア市場で出ているシンジケートローン案件の分析を行い、東京支店で取り上げるものを見つけ、本店に稟議申請を行う業務が多いです。
●不動産ファイナンス案件も多いです。

必要スキル

●四年制大学卒以上
●ビジネス上級英語力必須
●外銀等での法人RM経験者

・不動産ファイナンス経験

<Job Requirements>
●Extensive experience of 10-15 years in banking, specifically in relationship management.
●Established and strong relationships with various local trade associations, foreign trade associations, and the ability to effectively engage with these entities to gather information and data.
●Demonstrated business development skills, with a broad understanding of the market and a proven track record in building a portfolio of customers from scratch.
Previous experience in local corporate coverage and relationship management roles is essential.
●Sound risk management and financial analysis skills, including the ability to write high-quality credit reports incorporating detailed credit analysis for syndication, club and bilateral transactions.
●Excellent influencing and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
●Strong decision-making skills and judgment, with a proactive approach to taking ownership and driving initiatives to completion.
●Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
●Capability to form strategic views and provide recommendations based on area of expertise.
●A team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
●Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
●Effective time management skills, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
●Ability to foster good teamwork among staff within the department and across different departments.
