【部署の説明/Explanation of division】
ファイナンス・トランスフォーメーション部では、保険・数理・IT・監査の専門家が一体となって、財務関連業務の最適化、数理モデルの開発・管理、ITインフラの整備、および、内部統制を行います。
The Finance Transformation division consists out of insurance, actuarial, IT, and audit professionals who work together to optimize finance-related operations, develop and manage actuarial models, maintain our IT infrastructure, and is responsible for the implementation of internal controls.

【職務内容/Job Description】
ファイナンス関連のプロジェクトのマネージメントと実行に責任を持ちます。/ In this role, you will be responsible for the project management and execution of Finance related projects.

プロジェクトは多岐にわたり、新商品の導入、新しい会計フレームワークの導入、および財務諸表作成や経費精算、支払等の財務関連システムの構築、管理、および自動化など、財務関連の幅広いトピックをカバーします。/ The projects will cover a wide range of finance related topics, such as the new product introduction, new accounting framework introductions and the establishment, management, and automation of systems used in the preparation of financial statements, such as financial statement-related systems, expense reimbursement and payment systems, and others.

また、財務分野の全体的なデジタルおよび IT のビジョンとロードマップを作成し、実行・推進することが求められます。/ You will also be tasked by creating and carrying out the overall Finance Area Digital and IT vision and roadmap.
