仕事内容
The Products Group provides services to the manufacturing industry, which makes up the core of the Japanese industrial system; to the pharmaceutical industry, where strategic IT utilization is necessary to gain a competitive advantage; and to the service and retail industries, which are implementing highly incentivized investments in IT to prepare for the arrival of a full-scale digital age.
The role contributes to the sales by managing bids for AO / IO / BPO group, and makes operational management decisions to keep the bid on track working with a high level of autonomy with an ability to handle many streams of information and formulate an opinion and judgement on this information. Manage identified risks, develops strategies and makes key decisions to reduce the impact of these risks and acts as bid issue escalation point and is responsible for ensuring that a compelling, high quality response which has followed the appropriate governance processes is delivered to the client.
In specific, the job description is as follows:
As part of the Bid Team, prepare responses to a wide variety of individual client requirements as well as framework tenders;
Coordinate and respond to bids including and presentations, undertaking research where necessary in order to set the context of the piece to the clients’ wider needs or challenges;
Working to a stringent bid qualification process;
Deliver consistently high quality and ultimately winning proposals;
Ensure the quality assurance of all written submissions, ensuring factual correctness and consistency of sales messages;
Maintain and contribute to the bid knowledge bank / repository;
Contribute to the sales by producing presentations and other marketing materials to support the entire sales process, especially with regards to the clients you have produced bids for.

必要スキル
(Basic Qualifications)
- Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in delivering, sales or bid management.
