仕事内容
Your key responsibilities
・Act as a trusted business advisor to our stakeholders, aligning projects with the business pipeline and providing exceptional customer service while delivering both brand and quantitative value through cost savings, cost avoidance and contract value realization
・Work with senior stakeholders to help develop a category strategy which supports the overall global Talent strategy
・Work closely with risk management to minimize contractual risks to the organization and demonstrate year on year improvement in quantitative value
・Support improvement in processes, policy, systems, management information and reporting
・Develop relationships with key our business stakeholders and report category insights and progress via regular meetings
・Socialization and facilitation of the Procurement and Supply Chain Global Policy and processes, ensuring that the project teams and stakeholders understand the value of the policy and adhere accordingly
・Work closely with other business partners including Legal (GCO), Global Client Serving Partners, Sector Leaders, etc. on a regular basis
・Manage the training, development and performance of team members, helping them develop their leadership, strategy development and people management skills.
・End-to-end delivery of strategic sourcing projects and development of category management activities for our business stakeholders in Talent category.
・Execution of sourcing projects in line with the Supply Chain Services policy and within the timeline as agreed with key stakeholders.
・Achieve value targets, while innovatively developing new cost reduction strategies to improve negotiable spend via sourcing and demand management activities; including spend consolidation and supplier rationalization.
・Provide structured management and accurate progress reporting on all projects.
・Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) including commercial contractual negotiations, while partnering with stakeholders and shared functions such as GCO, Risk Management and Vendor Assurance. Minimize contractual risks to our and manage supplier relationships according to our’s Supply Chain Services and Independence policies.
・Have a solid knowledge of key suppliers and their position in the market, in addition to working through current market intelligence resources and partners to perform the latest research.

必要スキル
To qualify for the role, you must have
・Experience managing and leading agile teams, developing strategic category plans and process transformation to meet agreed KPI’s
・Skills to build strong trusting relationships with business partners to deliver strategies and transformation
・Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills in business English
Ideally, you’ll also have
・Business Degree and CPSM, CIP’s or another internationally recognized procurement qualification
・Domestic and/or international travel for strategic planning, stakeholder meetings, people management, project coordination and implementation may be required.
・Minimum 5 years of Procurement experience including experience with Talent categories
・Experience with a global, culturally diverse organization
・Experience working collaboratively, virtually and independently
