We are seeking an experienced IT Audit PMO to oversee and execute thorough examination of the IT infrastructure, policies, and operations to ensure they are secure, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s goals.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical, analytical, and managerial skills and the ability to lead a team of IT professionals. Responsibilities includes managing and oversees the audit process, ensuring that it aligns with project management practices, regulatory standards, processes and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination with key stakeholders.
Organizing the audit schedule and resources.
Regular Monitoring and Reporting of process adherence to prepare for Audit.
Ensuring that audit recommendations are implemented effectively.
Ensures adherence to regulatory standards.
Identifies areas for improvement in IT operations.
Helps in mitigating IT-related risks.

●Required skills:
Having strong background in IT infrastructure including network architecture, data centers, and system security.
Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
Native Japanese Level + Business level English.
Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify trends and anomalies using tools like Excel, ACL, and IDEA.
Ability to manage audit tasks and timelines effectively.
Efficiently allocate resources to ensure project completion within budget and on time.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and audit reports.
Identify and assess potential risks within IT systems and processes.
Work effectively with various departments to ensure compliance and implement improvements. infrastructure including network architecture, data centers, and system security.
