Job Summary:

Manage and execute strategies for integrating testing, development and design principles through every phase of the system development life cycle (SDLC) process. The role is proficient in creating test automation frameworks and tools while also utilizing manual testing techniques as needed, following the identified best practices



Responsibilities:

Partners with software engineers to write efficient test automation code using coding standards and best practices.
Assist in Software Architectural Design.""
Develop/enhance and document automated testing framework, tools and dashboards
Leads the planning and documenting test strategies and acceptance criteria based on customer needs
Leads test execution (new builds and regression), test suite grooming, analyze the reports, troubleshoot & investigate the failures. Performs peer reviews of automation codebase.
Investigate, diagnose and repair problems, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
Understanding the business processes at the feature level to pro-actively look for ways to innovate and improve the testing process to gain efficiencies.

Qualification:

Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Or equivalent work experience


Language:

English : Advanced
Japanese : Intermediate

Applicable Development Language: Ability to design and write programs for a variety of applications and platforms in the language appropriate to the need, includes front-end and back end development languages
Cloud Native Technologies: Knowledge of and experience with the concept of building and running applications to take advantage of the distributed computing offered by the cloud delivery model
