We are currently looking for a Project Portfolio Governance candidate to enhance cost & resource controls for the IT Project Portfolio. We are implementing a broad spectrum of IT projects such as New product development, Digital transformation, Regulatory & Compliance projects and are working to improve our portfolio resilience from a governance perspective.

To support the successful delivery of the portfolio of IT projects within operating constraints, the IT Project Portfolio Governance role within the Planning, Portfolio & Vendor Relationship Team is a key enabler function to augment our governance capabilities.


Responsibilities
・ ITプロジェクトのコスト・リソースのレビュー(KPIとの比較、課題の洗出し・解決実施等)
・ プロジェクトコスト・リソースの予実管理
・ ITマネジメントメンバー向けレポート作成のサポート(データ収集、分析、レポート作成)
・ 新規ITプロジェクトの立ち上げサポート(各種プロセス説明、初期プロジェクトプランニングのサポート等)

・ Support and drive review of IT project costs and resources (comparison with KPI, identification and resolution of issues, etc.)
・ Accountable for annual and monthly tracking IT project costs and resources
・ Support reporting for IT management stakeholders (data collection, analysis, and report preparation)
・ Support for enabling IT projects (explanation of various processes, support for initial project planning, etc.)
・ Identify process gaps/deficiencies and propose solutions to strengthen portfolio controls

Requirements:
・ 3年以上のIT経験
・ 各種報告資料の作成経験
・ コミュニケーション能力

・ 3+ years of IT experience related to project management, governance and/or systems development
・ Experience in creating reports for a wide audience, including information shared with senior stakeholders
・ Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs
・ Execution orientation, attention to detail, and bias for action.
・ High degree of business and project management acumen combined with practical approach and ability to make recommendations based on available information.
・ Solutions-orientation; perceives and either resolves or escalates risks or obstacles as appropriate.
・ Proven ability in information analysis and dissemination



Preferable
・ 新規プロセス構築の経験
・ ITプロジェクトマネジメント経験 またはシステム開発の経験
・ PMP(または他PMI資格)、SAFe Agile資格
・ 生命保険業界 または金融業界での経験
・ 英語での業務経験

・ Experience in creating new processes/procedures
・ IT project management or System development experience
・ PMP (or other PMI Certifications), SAFe Agile certifications
・ Experience in life insurance company or financial industry
・ Experience working in English
