Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading disclosure requirement for public offered mutual funds in Japan as well as private placement funds, which include legally required disclosure at time of fund registration and ongoing timely disclosure (annual and semi-annual reports)
Project management working with multiple functions such as Product Management, Operations,Onboarding, Legal & Compliance teams locally as well as globally as required

Deep knowledge about disclosure requirement for mutual funds in Japan
High communication skills for project management across functions
Negotiation / problem solving ability in English
Japanese: Fluent
