仕事内容
●Job Purpose
To lead the planning, execution, and management of the company’s annual brand campaigns across Above the Line and digital channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective engagement. This role involves overseeing project timelines, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and safeguarding brand integrity through adherence to brand guidelines, all to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and business growth.
●Key Accountabilities
・Brand Campaign Management
-Responsible for the overall execution and project management of annual Above the Line (ATL) brand campaigns.
-Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (both global and local) and agency partners.
-Lead the development of project briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy.
-Work closely with agencies to oversee and manage the quality of creative ideas.
-Ensure project schedules are secured and oversee their operations, quality, and delivery deadlines. Play a supervisory role to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
-Maintain close communication with the team to ensure the core message is consistently conveyed throughout the campaign and that calls-to-action (CTAs) are clearly marked.

-Oversee and management of owned media social channels ensuring all content meets regulatory standards and enhances brand experiences.

必要スキル
Experience:
・5+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency and/or client side.
・5+ years of experience in brand marketing - taking brand identity and brand strategy for deployment in Japan.
Skills:
・Bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese.
・Experience working with global brands within a multinational company.
・Proven experience in brand marketing for global brands.
・Knowledge and experience in SNS and digital marketing.
・Understanding of project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, costs, risks, and negotiation with various stakeholders.
Mindset
・Interest in the latest advertising, technology, and marketing trends.
・Open to collaboration and aware of the interdependencies with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives
